Account Executive

Job Description
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Liaising between clients and Spade teams
  • Manage and coordinate necessary activities to ensure project delivery
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage requirement gathering and analysis process
  • Develop and tracks project plans, estimates, and project schedules
  • Participate in Risk identification with other Team Members, Manage and monitor risk plans.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Receives and resolves client problems and complaints in a timely manner
Skills
  • Graduate of the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Informatics
  • Excellent Verbal and Writing Communications skills
  • Previous experience in a software house
  • Previous experience in team and project management
